CIWP Inc. provides integrated options for the developmentally disabled as they learn to live and work independently in their local communities. This is accomplished through intensive training on all basic areas of a productive lifestyle: paid work, full use of community resources, the attainment of the necessary skills to develop and maintain the social relationships which make our life meaningful, and above all, the development of a strong and confident personality.

Qualified counselors provide the requires supervision and instruction with a one-to-three(1:3) staff to client ratio.
