Prior to joining CRP, Adrian worked as a Behavior Technician for several years. He assisted children with limited verbal skills and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. He focused on teaching adaptive living skills, self-regulation, coping skills, and advocacy for inclusion. Adrian speaks Spanish fluently and joined the CRP team in March of 2026.
