Ivan received a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master of Science in Health Care Administration. Prior to joining CIWP, Ivan dedicated nearly seven years to working with adults with developmental disabilities, where he developed Person-Centered plans to assist them in achieving their employment and personal objectives within their communities. Ivan is fluent in Spanish and became a member of the CIWP team in November of 2025.
