Job Coach

A direct service position involving the supervision and training of persons with developmental disabilities in a community setting, developing group and work activities. Some of the essential duties for this position include; implementing behavioral modification techniques, assisting and developing client’s ISP’s, attending client’s ISP meetings, providing constant supervision, care, training and job coaching of clients, developing and implementing training objectives and interventions strategies for clients, record-keeping, and operating passenger vans to transport clients. Work is directed by the Program Director and Program Coordinators. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Job Coach Aide

A direct service position involving the supervision and training of persons with developmental disabilities in a community setting, assisting in group and work activities. Some of the essential duties for this position include; providing constant supervision, care, training and job coaching of clients, assists in developing and implementing training objectives and interventions strategies for clients, record-keeping, and operating passenger vans to transport clients. Work is directed by the Program Director and Program Coordinators. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Coordinator

Assists Program Director with office and client administration. Primarily responsible for developing client goals, behavior treatment strategies, and monitoring client progress. Some of the essential duties for this position include; Developing annual summary of client goals (ISP), representing CIWP at regional center meetings to present ISP’s, evaluating quality of each groups’ performance in the community and at the job sites, assisting the Program Director with employee performance evaluations, and assisting the Program Director with overall program quality control, especially with all paperwork requirements. This position has supervisory responsibilities: supervising job coaches, job coach aides and office personnel, interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning assigning and directing work, disciplining employees and addressing complaints and resolving problems and/or issues.
