Giselle earmed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to joining CIWP, she was employed as an organizational behavior coordinator within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. With 10 years of experience supporting children with developmental disabilities, Giselle has served as both a paraeducator and a behavior technician. She has experience implementing behavior plans, skill acquisition, reducing maladaptive behaviors, and is currently studying Marriage and Family Therapy. Giselle speaks Spanish fluently and became a member of the CIWP team in August of 2026.
