Prior to joining CRP, Jailene worked with clients with developmental disabilities and autism in the greater Los Angeles area. Jailene was previously employed as a Direct Support Professional for a Supported Living Services (SLS) agency and as an Independent Living Services (ILS) Educator. She enjoys working with clients and families to better serve her community. Jailene speaks Spanish fluently and joined the CRP team in June 2023.
