Karina has worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 2018. Previous to joining CIWP, she worked as a Job Coach, Direct Support Professional, and Career Coordinated Pathway provider. Driven by a strong commitment to supporting underserved populations, Karina brings a person-centered approach to her work, tailoring services to meet each individual’s unique needs. Her ability to develop creative, practical solutions helps individuals achieve their personal goals while promoting independence, inclusion, and meaningful community participation. Karina speaks Spanish fluently and joined the CRP team in March of 2026.
