Cesar earned his Bachelor of Criminology degree. He has experience working with minors with severe emotional disturbance in a shelter setting. Previous to joining CRP, Cesar worked for three years with culturally diverse children that have PTSD and also developmental delays. Cesar is fluent in Spanish and joined the CRP team in February of 2015.
