

Martha holds an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, with a focus on criminal behavior. Her professional experience includes working with troubled youth in the justice system, adults in residential, and adults in locked-down facilities. She has also volunteered with a program that addresses delinquent behaviors. Martha began her career in the mental health industry working with children and adolescents in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She is currently pursuing a Forensic Specialist Certification and plans to obtain a Master’s degree in Criminology to further her understanding of human motivation and behavior. Martha speaks Spanish fluently and joined the CRP team in March of 2025.
