Leilanie earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She enjoys working with communities in empowerment, growth, and education. Leilanie previously served children and families on the autism spectrum as a Registered Behavior Technician providing skills and knowledge to help better circumstances in uncertain and trying times. As a former Direct Service Professional, Leilanie helped families to gain independence and productivity for individuals with developmental disabilities. Leilanie joined the CRP team in July 2023.
