Erica has previous work experience with the mental health crisis and Alameda County foster care, in addition to having experience with behavior treatment and analysis. Erica earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Community Alternatives. Erica would like to help as many populations as possible. She is looking forward to working with this team and contributing all of her strength into making a difference. Erica is bilingual in English and Spanish. Erica has been with CRP since June 2021.
