Maria completed her master’s degree in Psychology. Prior to becoming a counselor, she was working with the Department of Special Education for preschools, elementary schools, and high schools serving students with developmental disabilities. Maria has also worked as a teacher for elementary and high school students for Charter schools. In addition, she has worked as a behavioral interventionist with children and teens with autism. Maria is fluent in Spanish and joined the TCS team in May 2019.
