Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology, and later obtained his master’s degree in Social Work. Michael has multiple years of experience working alongside adults with developmental disabilities, most recently with non-verbal adults with autism. Michael adheres to a strength-based approach focused on empowering individuals and families, while promoting social inclusion and participation. Michael joined the TCS team in September of 2021.
