Audrey holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her professional background features several years of providing support in both clinical and school environments to children and families navigating developmental differences and trauma. She has also provided therapy and diagnostic services for diverse mental health conditions within an adult outpatient facility.
Audrey is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Applied Behavior Analysis, sand tray, and play therapy, amongst other types of interventions. She is also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and is passionate about working alongside individuals from the Deaf community. Audrey joined the TRA team in July 2026.
